It gives me immense pleasure to invite you all to the 27th Annual Conference of the Indian Association of Endocrine Surgeons (IAESCON 2026), to be held on 23-25 October 2026 in the vibrant city of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, the heart of India, and now an emerging hub for academic excellence and surgical innovation.

Each IAESCON has set new benchmarks in advancing the science and art of endocrine surgery. The IAESCON 2026 promises to be bigger and better to come up to the expectations of the IAES membership. The organizing team is curating a rich academic program blending cutting-edge science with real-world practicality. Pre-conference day will feature hands-on cadaveric workshops in trans-oral endoscopic thyroidectomy via vestibular approach (TOETVA), retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy, oncoplastic breast surgical procedures, low-cost sentinel lymph node biopsy and other advanced thyroid and adrenal surgery.

We intend to connect Indian endocrine surgery fraternity with the global endocrine surgery associations and key opinion leaders. Efforts are on to have a "convergence session" of IAES with various international and other national endocrine surgery associations. As our specialty continues to evolve rapidly, I urge every member, trainee, and resident to participate actively not just as delegates, but as contributors.

The conference will feature a series of hands-on cadaveric workshops on Breast Oncoplasty, Axillary Surgery, Transoral Endoscopic Thyroidectomy, Microwave Ablation, and Retroperitoneoscopic Adrenal Surgery, led by national and international pioneers. With a strong emphasis on learning by doing, these workshops will offer participants rare opportunities to refine their skills in real-time.

We also encourage residents and young surgeons to submit their research papers, case presentations, videos, and posters with multiple awards, cash prizes, and travel grants awaiting the best talent.
